Mike and Christine Johnson married on July 1,1998 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We met in 1991 when we were both seventeen,(high school sweethearts). Mike was born in Champaign, IL, but grew up a military brat with mom and step-dad. Christine was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, but moved to Champaign in 1977. Fate was on our side, because when we were children, we lived two blocks away from one another, and Mike stole a pair of Christine's underwear at age thirteen on a dare. Pretty amazing that we ended up together, Christine is still looking for her panties... | |||||||||||||||||||

The cutie on the top is Boots, our youngest. He is a pound pusser, who is very energetic. He gets his name from his white paws, or "boots". This huge cat in the middle is Leo, or "Bud" as we nickname him. He weighs in at 16.5#. As you can see he mostly eats, lounges, and loves. That's him napping in our towel closet. Last but not least is Cleo, or "Meeper", she gets her name from her squeaky meow. She is the biggest cuddler of all, she likes to sleep under the covers in between the two of us. One word..bed hog. We do have a fourth cat, his name is Hobo. He is all black and very affectionate. He was a stray who was looking for a good home, we think he'll fit in well...we'll be sure to add his picture when it gets developed. | OUR BABIES.. REALLY!!! | |||||||||||||||||||

| US AT DUNNS RIVER FALLS IN JAMAICA |
This is a tour that we went on while on our honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Dunns River Falls is a natural fall that is about 2,000ft above sea level. We had a large group who all held hands and slowly walked up these falls. The rocks were very slippery and the water was coming down the falls with lots of force. It was scary, but exhilarating at the same time. We fell more than once. This picture was taken by the tour guide, they make you drop down under the falls in the icy cold water, we almost lost our bathing suits! While on vacation we went horseback riding in the Blue Mountains with another couple. We were shown the local customs for medicine (herbal remedies) and yes some Ganja. But mostly we hung around the swim up bar. Jamaica was good time... | |||||||||||||||||||
